Email Mobile Setup Guide

This guide walks you through setting up your business email on mobile devices using the Gmail app.

Prerequisites​

  • Business email account credentials
  • Mobile device (iPhone/iPad or Android)
  • Internet connection

Install Gmail Application​

Configuration Steps​

Step 1: Add Account​

After installing the Gmail app, open it and select Add Account, then choose Other (IMAP).

Step 2: Enter Email Address​

Enter your business email address and select Next.

Step 3: Configure Incoming Mail Server​

Enter your email account password and incoming mail server configuration details.

Step 4: Configure Outgoing Mail Server​

Continue by entering your account password and outgoing mail server information.

Step 5: Set Display Name​

Enter the display name you want to show when sending emails and select Next.

Completion​

After completing the above steps, the screen will display your successfully configured email account information. Your business email is now ready to use on your mobile device.
