Free credit enables comprehensive platform evaluation across all VNIS products and services. Credits apply to individual services or any combination of platform offerings.
Free Credit Program
Eligibility Requirements
Free credit eligibility requires a valid email address and credit card for account verification.
Credit Activation
The 30-day credit period begins automatically upon successful site addition to the VNIS platform.
Site addition requirements include:
- Account Setup - Valid email address registration
- Payment Verification - Credit card information for billing account setup and identity verification (USD 1 verification charge applies unless upgrading to paid plans)

You can upgrade to any paid plans at any time during the 30-day period.
Credit Allocation
Each account receives USD $50 Free credit upon successful site addition.
Sites registered in one account cannot be registered again in another account. This is to mitigate abuse or spamming of Free credits.
Service Coverage
The 30-day USD $50 Free credit applies to most VNIS platform products and services:
- Plan Upgrades - Credit allocation toward Developer to Business plan upgrade costs
- Usage Charges - Credit consumption for traffic and requests exceeding Free tier quotas
- Marketplace Add-ons - Credit application to add-on purchases within plan availability and USD $50 limit
Different plans have differences on subscription prices, usage Free tier quota, and on add on prices. Check the pricing page to learn more about the pricing on each plan.
Credit Expiration
Free credit validity ends under the following conditions:
- Time Limit - 30-day period from site addition completion
- Credit Depletion - Complete consumption of USD $50 credit allocation

Free Tier Integration
Free Tier resource usage during the 30-day credit period does not consume Free credit allocation.
Billing Process
During Free credit validity, charges apply in the following order: Free credit deduction first, with Free tier usage remaining unbilled.
Billing Formula: Free Credits - [Subscribed plan + enabled add-ons + usage over Free tier quota]
Positive Result - Expenses below available credit result in no charges Negative Result - Expenses exceeding available credit create account debt

Additional Credit Requests
Additional Free credits are generally not available. Each account receives one Free credit allocation per site.
Special circumstances may qualify for additional credits through direct support contact. Requests undergo case-by-case evaluation with no guarantee of approval.
Platform Evaluation
New users can create accounts and add sites to evaluate VNIS performance in real-world scenarios. Free credit enables comprehensive testing of Multi CDN, Smart load balancing, DNS, Origin Shield, and all available platform services.
Post-Credit Operations
Free credit expiration occurs when credit allocation is depleted or the 30-day period ends, whichever happens first. Post-expiration conditions include:
- Continued Service Access - Platform services remain available based on subscription plan with standard billing applied. Review billing logic for detailed information
- Payment Failure Consequences - Service suspension may occur for unresolved payment issues. Consult payment failure procedures for resolution guidance
- Data Preservation - All stored data and created resources remain intact during continued service usage. Contact support for data removal requests
Post-Credit Billing
Credit depletion or expiration triggers automatic billing for platform usage and purchases.
VNIS implements usage-based pricing models specific to each product and service offering.

Payment Verification
Credit card information is required for Free credit enrollment to accomplish the following verification purposes:

- Anti-Fraud Protection - Distinguish legitimate users from automated accounts
Payment method expiration or invalidation during the Free credit period may result in billing account suspension.
VNIS processes a one-time verification transaction upon payment information submission. No additional charges occur unless upgrading to paid plans or utilizing billable services.
Verification Transaction Details:
- Authorization Purpose - Billing account validation without permanent charges
- Statement Appearance - Transactions display as VNIS charges
- Transaction Amount - USD 0.00 to USD 1.00 with immediate refund processing (subject to bank currency conversion)
- Statement Duration - Credit card transactions may appear for up to one month before automatic refund completion
