Login

The Login process provides secure access to the Video Management Service portal through the VNCDN platform, enabling authenticated users to manage VOD transcoding operations and configurations.

Portal Access​

Authentication Process​

  1. Portal Navigation: Open a web browser and navigate to https://portal.vncdn.vn/

  2. Credential Entry: Enter valid authentication credentials:

    • Email: Registered account email address
    • Password: Account password

  3. Login: Click the Login button to authenticate and access the portal

Service Access​

After successful authentication, access the Video Management Service portal:

  1. Services Menu: Click Services in the portal header
  2. VMS Selection: Select VOD Media Service (VMS) from the services menu to enter the VMS portal

Portal Navigation​

Upon successful login and service selection, users gain access to the complete Video Management Service interface, including:

  • Dashboard: Service overview and recent job activity
  • VOD Transcoding: Job creation, watch folder management, and transcoding operations
  • Settings: Configuration management for file transfer, CDN, DRM, and notifications
  • Analytics: Usage monitoring, reporting, and business analytics

The authentication process ensures secure access to Video Management Service functions while maintaining user session management throughout the portal experience. Users can seamlessly navigate between different VMS modules while maintaining their authenticated session for uninterrupted workflow management.
