Login

The Login process provides secure access to the Live Media Service portal through the VNCDN platform, enabling authenticated users to manage live streaming operations and configurations.

Portal Access​

Authentication Process​

  1. Portal Navigation: Open a web browser and navigate to https://portal.vncdn.vn/

  2. Credential Entry: Enter valid authentication credentials:

    • Username: Registered account username
    • Password: Account password

  3. Sign In: Click the Sign In button to authenticate and access the portal

Service Access​

After successful authentication, access the Live Media Service portal:

  1. Navigation Menu: Click Products in the portal header
  2. Service Selection: Select LMS from the products menu to enter the Live Media Service portal

Portal Navigation​

Upon successful login and service selection, users gain access to the complete Live Media Service interface, including:

  • Dashboard: Service overview and recent activity
  • Live Transcoding: Job creation and management
  • Settings: Configuration and integration management
  • Analytics: Usage monitoring and reporting
  • Business Usage: Usage reporting and export
  • Audit: Activity logging and compliance

The authentication process ensures secure access to Live Media Service functions while maintaining user session management throughout the portal experience.
