Access the CDN management portal through the web-based interface for domain configuration, analytics monitoring, and service administration.

Portal Access​

Web Portal URL​

Open a web browser and navigate to the CDN portal: Portal URL: https://portal.vncdn.vn

Authentication Process​

  1. Username: Enter valid account username
  2. Password: Enter corresponding account password
  3. Login: Click the Login button to authenticate

Account Requirements​

  • Valid user account with CDN service access
  • Active subscription or trial access
  • Proper credentials provided during account setup

Session Management​

Security Features​

  • Secure HTTPS connection for credential protection
  • Session timeout for inactive accounts
  • Multi-factor authentication support (if enabled)

Account Access Levels​

  • Administrator: Full access to all CDN features and settings
  • User: Limited access based on assigned permissions
  • Read-Only: View-only access to analytics and configuration

Post-Login Navigation​

Main Dashboard​

After successful authentication, access:

  • Service Overview: CDN service status and performance summary
  • Domain Management: WSA and LFD domain configuration
  • Analytics Dashboard: Performance metrics and usage statistics
  • Policy Configuration: Access control and cache management
  • Account Settings: User preferences and account management

Service Selection​

Navigate to Content Delivery Network service from the main service menu to access CDN-specific features and configuration options.

Troubleshooting​

Login Issues​

  • Invalid Credentials: Verify username and password accuracy
  • Account Locked: Contact support for account reactivation
  • Browser Compatibility: Use supported browsers with JavaScript enabled
  • Network Access: Ensure portal URL is accessible from your network

Session Problems​

  • Timeout: Re-authenticate if session expires during inactivity
  • Permission Errors: Verify account has appropriate service access
  • Feature Access: Contact administrator for additional permissions
